The Mission of JesusCrew
The Mission of JesusCrew is to get the Gospel message out to the lost as we have been commanded by JESUS CHRIST. We want for all Christians to be able to do this not only by word of mouth but also by their lifestyle.
The weakest area in the Church today is evangelism. Did you know that only about 2% of Christians today actually share the Gospel with the lost on a regular basis? Only 2% of all the churches in America have outreach ministries to the lost. Our goal is to train Christians to be vocal about their faith in CHRIST. The world around us needs JESUS and the only way they can hear HIM or see HIM is through us.
Believers are the only people with true message of Eternal Life and if we don’t go, who will? The Great Commission for us is to reach the lost here in our own city first, Just think about this…when was the last time someone that you did not know approached you just to talk about JESUS?
Every person that works with JesusCrew is required to read their Bibles on a daily basis, going through the Word of GOD at least once a year….we recommend twice a year. By the time a student graduates from High School the chances of them reading the Bible through once are very rare. If you want to share the Gospel of CHRIST you must read to know what to share.
